Amber ale, get it right! I just relistened to that episode last week where the weekly tasting was Fat Tire. Almost forgot all about that. Fucking hilarious! That's known not only as Flat Tire up here, but also as Bozo-Budweiser or Bozeman-Budweiser. We've got a ton of pretentious neo-hippies around here who only drink it for the 'status', hence the moniker. I used to buy it pretty frequently when I was a bottling fool cause the labels came off so easy & it was always on sale. The trick is to feed as much of it as you can to guests & save the rest for after you've blown out your palette.
