When do you bottle American Wheat beer?

I just brewed an American Wheat from the Jamil Show. I've listened to the pod cast a few times, but I'm still unsure when to bottle this. I'm sorta lead to believe that I bottle it like a week after I made it, but that seems way to soon. Can anyone help me?

Short answer is bottle it when it's ready. I generally wait til there isn't anymore airlock activity, and give it at least a few days after that.

10-14 days is usually more than sufficient.

The minimum amount of time I wait is two weeks. But I'm a lazy phaq. YMMV.

16 days, 11 hours, 37 minutes & 43.7 seconds. Or when it's done.

You should be fine bottling anywhere between 10-14 days providing your fermentation went fairly smoothly.

All times are UTC - 8 hours
