Personally I don't think they left homebrew topics. Brewing is brewing. Just because they aren't covering specific topics as much doesn't mean there isn't information we can use. If you listen they always talk about process with the pros. Brewing is 90% process and they are giving you tons of info about the processes of different brewers. It's up to us to apply the info gathered. Just my 2 cents
