I've put this recipe in both Beer Smith and Brew Pal (iphone) and the IBU's aren't even close (yes, using Rager) and I get 23.5 and 31 IBU's respectively.

6 gallon batches, 70% eff, 60 min boil.

Has anyone ever brewed this and how was it compared to the commercial version? Wife loves this beer, so I need to brew her one.
