If you are following the main recipe and purchased separate packs of lacto, brett B, and brett L, then you can simply add them to your secondary or keg without a starter for aging. If you plan on using the bottle dregs from a JP bottle then you might want to build them up with a small starter just to wake them up before pitching those into your secondary (keg). But IME, even just pitching the dregs (no starter) into a beer will yield good results given time and patience. Kind of saves the extra step of making a starter.

Thanks for the insight.
I may pitch just the Brett, save the Lacto and other Brett strain for another day. Any thought on doing this, I know it wont be a clone but whatever. I cant bring myself to follow a recipe.

Which brett were you thinking of dosing it with? If you have the lacto, then I would DEFINITELY pitch that. But I just enjoy the flavor addition from lacto in a wild beer. A nice blend would be just lacto and Brett L. Brett B. can really run away with your beers over time at least IME.

Any ideas on reusing the Brett on the bottom of the secondary? Style of beer, ect.

You could make a nice blonde ale or even a flanders red or brown. Pale ales with citrusy hops also can work well depending on which brett strain you used.

Should I ferment it out first or just use the brett?

Depends what you are looking for. If you have enough of a brett yeast cake you can most def. pitch a few cups of that into the primary of your brew. Or you could ferment with an ale strain and add the brett in secondary.
