Just brewed my Shakespeare stout on Labor day. Can't wait to try it. My OG=1.052 so I'm going to add 1# of honey in 1/2# increments 2 days about in 3-4 days. I think I need the SG to be at 50%. Below is the pic of its 2nd full day at work.

Yes - revived thread.

Can someone explain the following?
(use 1/3 the amount you used in bittering for 0 minute) = Cascade (T90) @ whirlpool/flame-out. Using 1/3 would have been .85oz instead of 1.25oz.)

What is the hop schedule (.oz and timing) for this recipe?
