Obsidian and Black Barley?

So, I am trying to brew this stout, but I cant seem to find Black Barley at any local homebrew stores. Can I substitute part Roasted Barley and part Chocolate Malt for the Black Barley? Or any other combos?

Never mind, Just did a search and found that Jamil said to use Black Patent.
Pouring - Infidel Porter, Pallino Wit
Fermenting - Till a rustic Saison
On Deck - Abbey Dubbel, Belgian Golden Strong maybe with brett
