Stone Levitation/Water Hardness Question

Sun May 02, 2010 8:44 pm

On the Stone Levitation CYBI Show, it's referenced that the water profile is 100ppm. What exactly does that mean?

I'm brewing this sucker tomorrow (Monday) and would love to nail down the water.
