Did anyone post the Captain Lawrence Smoked Porter Recipe??

I'm a lazy bastard and am looking to get the recipe for the Captain Lawrence Smoke porter. I know I could listen to the pod cast again but if someone has already done the work for me it would be muchly appreciated.
