Are those 5 gal coolers???
I'm going to build up a structure soon (I hope) I still bottle, so I'm not looking to build a monster 10-20 gal system.
those are 5 gallon coolers. the top one is an electric hot liquor tank cooler (which i think i saw on push eject's site), the other is my mash tun. yes, the small mash tun does not allow me to brew HUGE beers, but i plan on upgrading to a ten gallon soon.
i want to do a pump and make a used keg hot liquor tank that is electric and run the copper pipe coil through it for a herms system....that will be my next project.
i like the wood design because it allows me for easy modification. i could easily connect a plumbing system and pump to the outside of the 2 x 4 frame. i am going to make a cabinet out of the top tier for storage of some smaller pieces of brewing equipment.
I designed and drew it up on autocad. if any one wants the file, pm me with your email address and i will send it....the only thing is that is designed for my burner, brewkettle, and coolers...if you have something different, you will need to modify the sizes....and if you don't have autocad, i will have to convert the file to pdf., so let me know.
