I'm glad it worked out for you. I would have liked the hex head bolts too, but they either didn't exist in the right side or were too expensive.

Burner bodies probably will not hold up to removing/replacing the jets. I took some in and out a few times and they weren't doing so good.

i have two good burners i dont need if your still looking to go that route. I took a few jets out of the 3rd one to make my pilot lights.

Dude that's a wicked pilot light!
I strategically blocked about half the jets on the burner under the mash and it's working quite well.
Eventually I may switch to the banjo/blichmann style burners, but won't have the time or money for that anytime soon...

Be careful, I made my pilots the same way but that one jet puts out enough BTUs to heat my mash above the set temp.

Must be the Louisiana heat, my burner still kicks on several times during the mash.
