ok guys i am building the brutus 10...buying all my parts.. and im having a lot of trouble finding the ASCO 8210G37 for what lonnie quotes it (around 60) even on ebay..i can only find one! and its 100 bucks w/ no bids and 3 days left. any sources? or anyone here have extras theyd let go for a good price?

i responded to a few asco threads in the past with this but nobody seems to feel very comfortable....
fwiw,
you need to just be patient and check ebay frequently. the deals do pop up. i bought two 8210G94 for $40 each and free shipping... it took a month of looking though.

FWIW make sure you get NC (Normally Closed) Not NO (Normally Open) valves.
Ask me how I know you need to check this.......

Good morning Tyson;
The main reason to use ASCO combustion valves for you gas applications is that gas valves list the media on the valve nameplate as “Fuel Gas†where as the general purpose valves list the media as Air, (inert gas), Water and Light Oil. Inert Gas is NOT a fuel Gas.
Some other features of the ASCO Combustion valves are features such as junction box, pipe taps, visual indication, proof of closure, leading agency approvals
