I have a 10 gallon B3 gravity brew sculpture and it rocks! The sculpture is well designed and easy to use. I upgraded mine to a herms system with a pump and heat exchanger in the HLT. MoreBeer's customer support is top notch as well.
Cheers! :jnj

The brewing system is on hold. I'm building a 14'x24' brewhouse to put the brew sculpture.

I haven't used a B3 system personally, but I've seen them and they look good. The mash screen is under-built though. Some friends of mine collapsed it on their first big brew. It needs to be thicker & stronger.

I have brewed on a Sabco. This is just my 2 cents of course, but I think it's over-engineered/overpriced for a 10 gallon system. If you are going to invest all that money it should at least be able to yield a full half barrel. B3 seems to mainly cut corners that SHOULD be cut, to save you money, so that's what I'd buy if I was looking.

Chupa - That shouldnt be an issue any longer with the mash screens. We built those for how we brew, not taking into account that some of you folks brew like crazy people. :)
