Here is my sculpture when I test fired all three burners:

Here is is after I finished painting and brewing a 10 gallon batch of ESB:

Here is where the beers end up. Four taps on the left are beer and four on the right are mead. The kegs to the right of the freezer are also meads. Tally: 4 beers: 7 meads on tap. The cardboard box on top are ventmatic taps, waiting to replace all cobra taps...

Is there a tasty crack can in there???

Here are my 1st year hops. Cascade in the background, Nugget in the middle and Willamante in the foreground:

SWMBO told me that I can brew all the beer I want as long as there is mead. Thus 7 taps of mead and 4 of beer. This is also why I was brewing two batches of beer in the photo. One was finishing up the mash and I was heating up the strike water. Then one was boiling and the second was mashing. Ended up with 5 gallons of an ESB, 5 gallons Chipotle ESB and a Karma Amber replacement.

The burner under the MT is for IF I want to have all kettles instead of the cooler ie RIMS, decoction mashing etc. Build it once with all possible options I could think of at the time...
