Kegging, or 10g?

Sun Aug 28, 2011 11:49 am

So I just went all grain, and now I'm torn over which upgrade I should make to my system. I could either buy a 15 or 20 gallon kettle or a start up kegging system. I actually don't mind bottling all that much, but it takes forever. I am sort of in love with the idea if twice the volume of beer, plus I don't have a kegerator.

I'm on the fence, looking for advice...

Kegging. If you think bottling is a pain now, wait until you have to do it twice as much because you have twice as much beer.

Kegging. I just kegged my first time and it was so simple. I should have done this from the start. I agree with JP: "Bottling is for suckers."

If you take what I post here literally, you're retarded. I'm here to fuck around, have a good time, and learn about beer. You mean nothing to me and I mean nothing to you.

Definitely kegging. No kegerator? Pick up a cheap fridge off craiglist and use picnic taps until you can afford a nice kegerator.

+6 Kegging. One big 5 gal bottle is a hell of a lot easier than 50 little ones.

kegging for sure. only thing is with a new keg system you will want ten gallons at a time tokeep up with consumption.
