Uh-oh guys. Shit just got real yesterday.

There she is...I had already ordered a temp controller for the day I finally got around to getting me a freezer, and at sixty bucks this was just too good a deal. For now I'm just using that as a fermenter, but as soon as I'm ready to stick a kegging system in there, I'll update this thread as the project goes along. In the mean time, I'll probably fabricate the fermentation chamber just to get everything dialed in and sealed up good, otherwise I think I'd be tempted to hurry through it. Plus, I got an idea for a paint job on the thing (thank jeebus I'm a bachelor). Thing is gonna be cool when it gets done.

Sat down for an in-depth read of your build, Mylo, and on a second perusal I think I could do this. My brother has a table saw, chop saw, jig saw, just a whole lot of good woodworking stuff, so I think it shouldn't be an issue. I'm pretty excited, I'm not gonna lie!

Here is my fermentation chamber that I built last year. It hold 5 carboys or a couple of full kegs and 3 carboys. It will reach 59 degrees, but that is pushing it hard. It really likes to stay at 63-67 degrees.

I really like how you re-mounted the fridge door on the outside, that thing looks like it could be covered with a layer of wood, stained, and then placed in a kitchen or bar area without looking out of place at all.

That is the intent of the project. But right now it is in the garage. Once we have a proper brewing room ill cover it and make it fancy.
