Damn Dog, if you'd called into the Father's day show with that lineup you would have won the prize for sure.

My carboys are decked out in old concert T-shirts. I figure the bands would approve.

This is the brewery. we produced 10 gallons of IPA this weekend. First brew on the new Brutus sculpture. Everything went so easy, I love gravity no need for a pump! And just a heads up that shirron chiller is the BOMB! as fast as you can get then wort to flow the chiller drops it. my water runs at 55F most of the time and we were reading60 degrees in the fermenter!!!!! wow!!

Tekman - I looked at the rest of your photos - it looks like you built your sculpture up around one of those under-the-car rolling thingy's. Did I see that right???

No. I welded the frame and mounted casters on the bottom corners. I used wood slats on the bottom for a polished look that makes it easy to mount my pump and rest my propane tank.

This is my setup... quite technical...

Here is the setup a brewin'.

Here is the copper manifold I made in the mash tun. Very proud of it!

Closeup view of the manifold. The little legs I constructed allow the manifold to stay level in the tun.

My fermentor in my storage room. All covered up.

Dude, I see a Vista Lite Bass drum in that pic. Is that true? Ludwig quit producing the Vista Lites the year John Bonham died.

Your mash tun manifold looks good, but aren't you concerned about the tees you used as stand-offs trapping some of your wort? Minor issue I know, just curious.
