Blichmann Brewmometer Broke

I had this in a tee fitting at the input of my March pump and was trying to get the pump primed. I'm still trying to get this proceedure down. It was kinda squallin and I guess vibrating some before the prime took. I looked at the Brewmometer and the needle had fallen off the post It appears to be a sealed unit so I don't know that I can fix it. I've only had it about a year and it's never been dropped. Any suggestions?

I would call Blichmann customer service.

It sounds like a manufacturing defect, so e-mail John at Blichmann and I'm sure he will help you out. They have been great for me!! Replaced a defective brewmometer for me and pointed me in the right direction for replacing other Blichmann parts on my conical that I screwed up on my own.

+1 for this. Everything I've heard is that they have excellent customer service, and you shouldn't have a problem.

I went to Blichmann's website and it asks us to go through the dealer first so I emailed Williams Brewing about it. I bought it 15 months ago so, we'll see.

Ok. Williams Brewing replied that Blichmman is going to send me a replacement with a return label for the broken one. That's really awsome of them!
