Local Boys Make Good!

Sun Jan 07, 2007 9:55 am

If you haven't picked up this month's Zymurgy magazine yet, TBN Brewcaster Jamil Zainasheff and local homebrewer Erik Beer (both members of DOZE, BTW) have articles about their brewing gadgets published in it. Jamil describes how to build and use his pump-driven whirlpooling immersion chiller and Erik writes about building stir plates for making starters.

Good stuff. Check it out.
