Nope, Mr. Wizard (man I loved that show when I was a kid, not the same as you're talking about, but anyways) gets 2 points. You lose one, and I still have no desire to prime a keg. I know, it's a technique and something different to do. Some might even state an ever so slight flavor difference that I've never noticed, or experimented with.

But on a serious note, thanks for bringing that up. Times like these are when I love to be proven wrong & learn more in the process. Cheers brotha!

In my experience that's not the problem. It seems to me that when I'm enjoying a good pint with fellow beer enthusiast, the macroswill drinkers don't seem to like overhearing details on brewing... maybe they're just jealous... or starting to realize their choice actually sucks.
