I will try everything above on Saturday and see what happens. Thanks for the advice, Gentlemen.

If you take what I post here literally, you're retarded. I'm here to fuck around, have a good time, and learn about beer. You mean nothing to me and I mean nothing to you.

If it doesn't work out I'll trade you a few cases bottles and some caps for your kegging equipment. :asshat:

Sometimes when this happens, all you need to do is quickly depress the poppet with a screwdriver. Beer will spray everywhere, so best to cover it with a cloth first. The poppet should seat itself and stop leaking.

Some keg lube on the o-ring on the post, as well as on the gasket inside ball lock connector may help as well.

This is exactly why I went with sankey style kegs from the get-go. Less parts, simple reliable design. I've never messed with a corny before but they seem like a total P.I.T.A. other than easy clean up.
Jan Wolfhouse: So yeah, I heard you got fired from the brewery?
Landfill: God damn brewery! You know that brewery makes 10,000 bottles of beer a day. I drink 45 of them, and I'm the asshole!

Like most things they work as well as they are taken care of, that includes replacing with new parts when they need it, cleaning, and proper use.
