Just bottled a Summit Pale Ale this weekend.
I thought the aroma was more citrus (not piney/grapefruit). No onion/garlic to me.
I dry-hopped with 1oz in 5g.
On the other hand, I'm terrible with aromas, and I would probably like oniony/garlicky anyway. :D

Looking at your signature block: oyster beer and durian, I'm guessing that you're immune to stink. :D

Thought I'd follow up on this one for those interested in using Summit hops.
I entered the single-hop Summit pale ale in the MN state fair comp. Got a 38.5.
No mention of onion/garlic from either judge.
Give Summit some love! :D

I've used Summit on a few occasions and have had nothing but huge citrus from it. I always use it late (under 20 min).
