Neutral Ale Yeast

Mon Sep 30, 2013 10:16 pm

I am looking for the strain of ale yeast that will give me the most neutral profile possible for an experiment. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks.

+1 on WLP 001, esp if you ferment in the low 60's. (Lower and you start to get "lagery").
