Sorry, probably drinking and posting.
I was just (trying) to say we will have to make some basic assumptions on mash temps.
I've let some wlp001/wyeast1056 run a little wild (before I had better temp control) and they got up into the low 70's... I can see this working out. Also, it probably helps them move through their fermentations purty quick.
