So I decided that I'm going to brew the beer for my upcoming wedding :pop . I'm looking for a few easy fail-safe recipes because I dont really have time to experiment. There will be about 300 ppl there so im thinking maybe a stout, a pils and an IPA to please the masses. Any help would be awesome. :jnj CHEERS :jnj

Stout, pale, and maybe a blonde.

How much time before the wedding? That may eliminate some styles if it's too soon.

Right! When is the wedding- summer, fall? The seasons can really dictate what people might enjoy at a wedding. But you will at least want a very simple pale beer for the masses. Think light blonde (like Darkside said), kolsch, pale ale, pilsner.

Well that was the original plan but the soon to be "Mrs." prefers bottles w/ custom labels. I live 2 blocks from the Firestone Brewery so bottles are easy to come by. It's the process thats gonna kill me

Are you at least bottling from the kegs? If you can convince the future Mrs., my suggestion would be to get custom printed pint glasses, then you can keg it all and give the guests something to take home rather than going through all the work to custom label bottles that no one's really going to keep anyway.
