Blackstone Brewery in Nashville - Oatmeal Stout. Smoothest oatmeal stout I've ever had. Unbelievable.

Mmmm. Do you deliver?

SGTSatan makes a great oatmeal stout, but won't give me enough bottles. Kinda like, captain carrot.

Having taunted SGTSatan and captain carrot, I love Anderson Valley Oatmeal Stout, Barney Flats. And FINALLY, I have found it in Texas! I found it in the can. Yes. The can. I love it in the can! :unicornrainbow:

My local Snoqualmie Falls brewery has a world-class oatmeal stout that is only available in the tap room (or if you have a 30/70 beergas mix with stout faucet they'll sell you a keg).

Some of you guys might have had it if you went on the Rogue/Snoqualmie/Black Raven bus tour at NHC last year.
This is a beer that really should get distributed.

Just because it's recently available in Illinois, I think Velvet Merlin jumped to the top of my list for oatmeal stouts.

Samuel Smith's OS was one of the first craft beers I ever had, about 15 years ago, and will always have a special place in my heart. It's probably the reason OS is my favorite style of beer.

Having said that, I recently tried Founder's Breakfast Stout for the first time while back home in the States for a few weeks. It was love at first sip. I drank as much as possible while I was there, and want it to be my first attempt at a clone later this year. Soooo good!

Southern Tier's Imperial Oat (another recent discovery for me) is noteworthy as well, but maybe that doesn't count...

In the fermenter: Nada

In the cellar: Super Citra APA

On deck: Bugeaters' Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Amber
