I'm going to LHBS today to get the last things i need to brew. If this falls through the cracks, then I am going to pitch Brett into my saison.....or maybe I'll just do it anyway....

suck it

Shit, that was the "secret ingredient" that I was going to add, too. Fuck it! Brett rocks.

There are several people (including myself) that want to set the deadline a little farther out. Anybody have an issue with, say, beginning of September? I think this recipe will benefit from a little age, so if you have already brewed it, or are doing it soon - I don't think that it will be detremental to your entry.... agreed?

I'm kinda happy with early September. It's going to be my first all-grain batch (fingers crossed) - so I'm going to apologize ahead of time to whomever gets my beer. :asshat:

Works for me. I have a saison in the keg, but it's a tad sweet. I'd like to rebrew.

Since we are on page 11, lets say September 11th.

I'm brewing my batch this week. It won't be ready until about september. The other half of it won't be ready until December....maybe I'll keep that half from myself
