Do you fly or batch sparge? I wonder if it makes a difference. I've never really worried about stuck sparges with my batch system so I'm thinking that if the pellets gum it up I can just stir, recirculate, and restart the runoff.

Just got everything today. I hope to brew this Sunday. And I even found Northern Brewer hops. Geist sold them to me. :roll:

While digging for some cascades in my freezer, I found some Northern Brewer... score! I saved it for my flavor addition.
