It's a conference, so you check in at the registration table where they'll hand you a name tag, lanyard, a bag containing the program, coupons, and other info (past years have had dry yeast, stick on fermometer, etc), and couple of beers specially brewed for the event. The name tags are color coded, so they determine what type of package you bought, social or the full conference. I always take a print out of my online receipt. One year they couldn't find my name on the list and it got pretty scary, turns out I was on the vendor list for some reason.
