They finally posted the hotel: It's the Philadelphia Marriot Downtown. Looks nice, but the prices are steep: $137 a day plus tax and $45.60 a day to park.

I did find a parking gargage four blocks away (800 Market Street) that's $18/day with an online coupon.

How's the commuter system in Philly? I'm going to fly in and take whatever transport I can get to the hotel.

All I can hope is that there are a better selection of restaurants around the hotel than in Seattle (Bellevue)...or did I just not look hard enough?
