Anyone who goes--you gotta check out The Wedge brewery. I was there last year. My buddies and I tried 7 of the 8 beers they had on tap that day, and every single one was better than any other beer I tasted in that city that weekend. Just beautiful beers, from Raspberry Imperial Stout to Saison to Pale Ale.
Fermenting: Brett PA, Sour, Rosemary Singel, Lemongrass Singel
Kegged: Old Ale, Calypso Saison, Tart Cherry Farmhouse Braggot, 3711 Pale, Blonde, Imperial Porter
On deck: Session Pale, BN Porter, APA, Citrus Saison, Pale Mild, Blonde
