Assorted other things that I wanted or needed, but like others say this year was for the kids not for me.

Just got back from the Christmas voyage to the parents and in-laws...

I got some great shit:
-Video Camera (for taping the new baby rolling around on the floor)
-Various beer and homebrew books
-a few shirts (no pants)
-Homebrew shirts (http://www.homebrewtshirts.com/) (my wife is awesome)
-restaurant gift cards
-$$ for homebrew stuff
-trip to NYC with the wife (joint X-mas/Anniversary present)
-and a damn cold that I think has turned into either bronchitis or strep throat (which will make the trip to NYC no fun...)

I just got back from seeing family and noticed that we now have a broken gas furnace!

which cost $97 for the dick to come and disconnect the damper, rip my thermostat off the wall, and leave.

He said that my thermostat was broken. well its hanging by wires right now and is working fine. I'm just waiting the 3 more minutes until i win my new thermostat on ebay. Gonna let that bitch hang by wires until the new one comes. That ass was gonna charge me $150 for a new thermostat...which i told him that i can see colors fine and know how to match them ....and I can hook up a new thermostat myself.....thankyou!
suck it

Ok my turn

7g conical (posted pic in the beer equipment section)
9g boil kettle (smaller than my keg, but nicer and I'll use it for my 5 g batches, decoctions, turbid mash, etc)
big framed pictures that my wife made:
2 from our tour of New Belgium
1 from our tour of Left Hand
1 from the brewery where I work
each one is pretty cool, they are matted with the picture and a small bit of memorabillia from each one. I'll post pics later.
Water filter and a potable water hose from my brother

Not really Christmas presents, but I got some of my dad's old winemaking stuff.
3 5g carboys
2 1g jugs
A bad ass refractometer
I think I've had about enough beer tonight...Now I need some Whiskey to sober up

We had a pretty good Christmas, and as noted above I exceeded the limit for the wife.

My stuff:

3 roller monster mill with SS and 1/2" shaft option. Wish I had a 1/2" shaft
New Brewing Lager Beer Book
Extreme Brewing Book
Diner's, Drive-in's, and Dive's Book. I am totally addicted to Triple D.
A couple PS3 games
Casual Shoes
Assorted Clothes
and...The go ahead to buy a Winter Classic Blackhawks jersey because we weren't able to get tickets to the game. My wife said she tried, but by the time she really got into it we were looking at five bills to sit in the Boonies. We are thinking about heading down to the Goose in Wrigleyville to watch the game though.
