A SECOND fermentation fridge! Nice. I've just switched over to a chest freezer for dispensing, so I've freed up my upright fridge for fermentation purposes. Now I won't have to wait until winter for my best beers. I'm psyched - will have a few fermenting and a few cold conditioning at all times.
Drinking - a fine Beechwood Aged Lager. It's hot and humid out here today.
