Sub-forum for regional threads?

I think it'd be cool for a regional forum. Like Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, etc.

People could use it to chat with other people that are in their state or area or whatever.

It's probably been brought up before, but I haven't been around in awhile to see whats been going on. Just thought I'd throw it out there again.
