First glass from my homebrewed keg of Amber Ale, fermented with Belgian Yeast (WLP 515) and dry hopped with Cascade, Amarillo and Centennial. OG = 1.051 and FG = 1.008. I like the complexity of the yeast, hop aroma and dry finish. It is also fun to make a beer that is out of the style guidelines.
