Just either enter you homebrew club as the BN or shoot me a PM through this forum and let me know your name. I am the register for the comp so I will have access to the database of entries.

Deal? :jnj

Way to be generous, Pollo. That there could buy J a lot of Mexican chicken.

I'll be sending 10 or 12 entries this year, including the Community Brew saison.

Just racked my Saison. 1.003. 95% Attenuation. But she's finally done. Thank goodness cause 1.002 is the lowest style parameter.

SUCK IT!

Sounds infected. You should probably dump it and not waste anymore time on it :D

1.003! Wow - what was your starting gravity? Yeah, I know I could figure it out with the 95%, but how about you just tell me.

Haha... I actually thought similar when I took the reading but then I tasted it. Fucking awesome! This is my first Saison. So I wasn't sure what to expect. And I've only recently tasted Saison Dupont. Otherwise, I had no idea about the style.

1.063. I didn't go too strong on it but she's still around 7.9% with that attenuation. I have it back down to 70 now. I took her slowly back from 85 to 70 and she dropped those last 2 points at the same time. I think I'll have a hard time making sure I have 6 bottles. :)
