I brewed up an extract/steeping grains version of this 2 weeks ago. Everything went pretty well during the brew. Cooled down and pitched at 17C. Two days later let the temp rise to 19C. Smelled lots of CO2 emmissions. Racked to secondary to dry hop and gravity reading is only down to 1.035
Set the dry hopping carboy in 21C to see if the bit of yeast will crank up some more fermentation to get down to 1.020-1.025.
