I just finished this guy up not too long ago and got to brew on it for the first time this last Saturday. I used superstrut from Home Depot for the frame. These pictures don't show the Blichmann autosparge with a homemade thermowell very well. I may to get better pics of those. Let me tell you, drilling the hole for the autosparge was a butt puckering moment! I must have rechecked my measurements 16 times before drilling into the brand new 15 gallon MoreBeer mash tun! The thermowells were a lot easier to make than I anticipated. I just used a 1/2" tee, a short 1/2" nipple, a 1/2" FPT to 1/4" compression fitting, and a short length of 1/4" copper tubing. I drilled out the "stop" in the compression fitting so the tubing could slide all the way into the tee fitting and then crimped the end of the tubing closed with my bench vise. It works really well with no leakage at all and the temp probe for my temperature controller (TET612) fits perfectly. I made another one for the boil kettle so I could monitor the temp of the wort during chilling using a Jamil-style whirlpool chiller. I decided to only use one temp controller because I figured that I don't really care about the HLT temps, only the temp of the wort re-entering the mash tun out of the heat exchanger in the HLT. I can control one or both of the ASCO valves with the temp controller using the double throw, center off switches on the control panel. The pilot lights have a capped compression fitting on the ends with 1/16" holes drilled in each flat of the hex cap. Without those caps the pilot lights would blow out at the slightest hint of a breeze. Now there's always one side being shielded from wind.

Travisty, that's a sick setup there.
I sent you a pm with some questions about how you plumbed the burners, hopefully you can help a brother out.
Thanks

Nice Travisty. I really like the control panel, and the toggle switch with the flip cover (main power?) makes it.
Aging: Gotlandsdrickå, Baltic Porter in Bourbon barrel, Olde Ale #2 in whiskey barrel
On Draft: Nothing. Building a walk-in cooler right now.

Yeah, I just had to have the safety cover for the main power switch. It was just too cool to pass up!!
