Help me with my pipe

Got your attention huh?!
I have a mission for the Army. I am looking for an adapter that will fit in a 1/2" fip to a beer faucet shank, 7/8" by 14tpi. I am looking to connect the beer faucet shank into a 1/2" iron pipe fitting as a water source for a beer faucet.
I have searched the internet for a couple of hours and have not found the right piece .

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Does it have to be iron? I've seen copper fittings that are threaded on one side and smooth on the other. With two of them you can connect it to what ever you need to and just dodder the joints.

One way would be to make a custom hose with barb and flare fittings.

Beer shank > barbed tailpiece > hose > barb w/flare nut > flare x NPT fitting

You could also go with a 1/4" flare tailpiece off the shank and use a flare x npt adapter


Looking at the micromatic site they show it as 5/8" British Standard Pipe Parallel (7/8" x 14")

That may end up working. I am hoping the whole structure will be rigid with as few connections as possible. This set-up is for a keg that has been cut out for a urinal. I plan on installing a tap from the water supply to rinse the urinal when the business is finished.
