Well the TBN could have a presense, however, the members entering under the TBN, should be made to be within a defined geographical location to Pachinko (sorry if I murdered name). So they do constitute a local club in that instance that are confined by a georgraphical location just as other clubs are.
Also, just want to point out that I am not trying to offend anyone here, just spouting off my personal opinions and feelings on the topic. I realize not all are going to agree with me and that is fine.
This was a follow up post to another post I made, all clubs should have to comply to that requirement, not just the TBN, I used them here as they are one of the more odd examples as they don't have any geographical location other then where the broadcasting is done from (or sever location, if we want to go the silly way).
I just think it would make the award have value, then it shows hard work, dedication to brewing excellence, and dedication to fellow club members, unlike now. right now it is a free for all where there is no loyalty to your proper club. Especially since these are the nationals, these awards are suppose to represent excellence in brewing and beer crafting.
Let us restore this award to a place of honor, and raise it up above the common as it is now. Let it be so, that those who hold the award my hang there heads high with pride as it should be upon the traditions held for so long.
