If all the above doesnt cure it then i would send it back here to me and i can check the magnet torques to make sure they are not weak...if need be i will replace them.

Awesome help, thanks. The pump is relatively new, and I only use it for hot water, no wort recirculation. But I'll try shortening the hose, and turning the head 90 degrees and see where that gets me to start with.
