I was wondering if I could add lactose after the primary fermentation. I decided my beer would be a lot better with lactose in it, but I didn't add it to the boil, I now lactose is not consumed by the yeast so I was wondering if it would be ok to boil up some lactose, let it chill down to the temp of my wort and add it.
I want to add this to a stout, its been fermenting for about 3 weeks.
