JP, I'm not sure if it's the first mention of Meister, but around minute 21 of the Terrapin Show (05-18-08) you guys were talking about how everyone was giving him some shit for eating 'a nice bowl of ice cream' instead of drinking homebrew.

This is really terrible to hear. My thoughts go out to his family and friends. Some people really struggle with these issues all their lives and it is still so sad when they feel like that they do not have the help and support they need. This hits particularly close to home with some things going on with me personally lately, but everyone needs to be aware of the potential suffering of those around them and help them or get them help before anything like this happens. That being said, it can be very hard to see something like this coming.

If I remember correctly, he called in before NHC in Oakland asking how he could get into the conference when he was under 21. That might have been in March, April or May(??). I'm at work now and don't have audio. But that might have been in the chatroom, too.

Dude, that's why this is especially hard on friends and family. It brings out a lot of emotion, especially anger, so I feel you. Best we can do is try to be supportive to eachother, and those left behind.
