Just about to start my boil for Bugs ORCA winter version. This one should be tasty right around middle of winter here.

I made the original version, so far. I think Ill do the ww version as well. Id do damn near any ting to keep warm up here!

Western NY just a few miles from Lake Erie shoreline. That winter warmer has an OG of 1.070 so it will need a bit in the keg to mellow some and let the flavors come together. Looking forward to it!

I will be brewing an Imperial Red Ale early this afternoon. Hard cider is in the secondary too.

Just finished doughing in Bug's ORCA Winter Warmerized version. I said fuck it, got the parts to convert my 7 gal Rubbermaid into a Mash Tun, grabbed my sack and decided to go all-grain for my second batch. Just had to go for mines. Wish me luck!

Damn straight, brotha! I will never go back to mash-extract unless I absolutely have to. This is very cool process & way too much fun. Thanks! About to start my boil, everything's going smooth. Starting in on a 6'er of Lagunitas Little Sumpin' as my sidekick.

Congrats on the switch over. I'm sure the AG forum will become a close friend over the next few batches. For me, every time I thought I had it down, I learned about something else in the process... the hard way.
