Brewing a 60/-, using the future yeast cake in a wee heavy that shall be good just in time for winter.
Fermenting; manuka smoked barley wine, 3203 red ale.
Bottled; too many,
Kegged; 60/-
On Deck; Count ding dong and inbred ding dong, belgian dark strong with/out brett.
Building; single tier brew system

just finished up a smoked dusseldorf alt but changed the yeast to 2308.

Time to brew a Maibock this weekend using munich lager yeast.
Eagle Dude

On Tap: Barrel Fermented Berlinerweisse 3.2%; American Pale Ale 6.3%, Amarillo Blond 5%
Aging: Flander's Red in a 60 gallon Merlot barrel
Fermenting: Robust Porter 6.5%
