I have a small 2.5 gallon batch of my first Saison still in the carboy and 5.5 gallon batch of my Hibiscus Red Ale in another carboy. Saison was brewed on June 2nd and Hibiscus Red Ale on June 24th.
Gonna bottle the Saison this weekend
Fermenting: Black IPA, Barley Wine, Cider and Imperial Stout
Current man crush: Warren
