Just bottled a 1 gallon batch that I used to grow up the dregs from a bottle of Rayon Vert.

I have a small 2.5 gallon batch of my first Saison still in the carboy and 5.5 gallon batch of my Hibiscus Red Ale in another carboy. Saison was brewed on June 2nd and Hibiscus Red Ale on June 24th.

Gonna bottle the Saison this weekend

Bottled a Northern Brewer IPA this morning.
Just brewed up a beer (Pilsner extract) and pitched the dregs from Rayon Vert that I've grown up.
Gonna try "dry-hopping" with dried elderflowers.
An homage to Cantillon Mamouche.
We shall see...
