Brewed a Cigar City Jai Alai clone on Saturday and today I'm leaving work early to brew my Firestone Double Barrel Clone.

I'm planning to brew a Berliner Weisse soon, but I'm afraid to bring lacto into my house. I have to make sure I have extra tubing before I do, because I'll probably replace it when I'm done with it.

Rebrewing my Carrot Cake Ale again today. Took an award for "Most Creative Beer" at a brewery sponsored competition a couple months ago (was 4th place in best of show). This time I am able to go back to my original recipe of a couple years ago with a couple of tweaks. This one is headed to the Great Nebraska Beer Fest next month. https://www.facebook.com/events/4073684 ... l_activity

I was mysteriously inspired to brew a wit. Slowly sparging to the kettle at the moment.
This will be my first "zesting." I remember Doc saying it took a while. Can anyone tell me an approximate time per orange?

Enough time that you should do it before you even start brewing :)

You should have enough time, but it is rather time consuming.
