Just brewed a Smoked Helles with 25% Weyermann smoked malt. I'm going to try Tasty's quick lager fermentation method so we will see how this turns out.

Firestone Pivo Pils clone attempt. Weather was perfect, brew day went perfect so that can only mean this beer is going to turn out terrible :jnj

I am? Brewing a honey wheat beer as per the thread I started earlier. I'm also a little drunk and annoyed insects really like diving into my beer.

brewing a coffee porter, mashing right now. I used coffee roasted malt from Thomas Fawcett and it smells awesome.

They just put in new meters, so I assume so. Maybe I shouldn't have washed those five kegs. . . :oops:
