Just finished a common cider that I made and plan to enter into NHC (assuming I get a spot or two)

Been on a Moscow Mule kick and just finished a mighty fine one. Key is using fresh limes and Fever Tree Ginger Beer

The Bruery "Trade-Winds" and Ommegang "Hennipin". Great stuff. Into this Belgian kick right now. Hate it as they are not cheap!
