Brew day today right, woohoo. Ground all 17 lbs of my grain last night by hand, GAY. Now this morning my arm hurts. Woke up hour and a half late. Went to fire up the system, brother took my lp tank for his deer shanty stove. Drive up to the hunting property (20 minutes away), snag the tank, get home try to wire up the new pump, no luk, so straight wire it be, all outside faucets are blown out so had to use the laundry room sink, hook up the hose and run it outside and start filling HLT. Go to basement and find water leaking down. Run upstairs only to find a half inch of water on the floor from a leak in the hose. Fix that finally and get back to brewing. Everything went pretty smooth except I forgot the irish moss in the boil and over shot my OG and undershot my vol, but oh well. Now sipping on some st arnold Christmas brew. Live and learn i guess right. I just need to get more brew under the new systems belt.

It could be worse. You could have undershot your OG and overshot your vol. Add some sanitized water and you should be OK....

My rant of the day-Good lord am i feeling stupid right now. Couldn't find my camera yesterday, then while at work it dawned on me it was in my pants pocket, or so I thought, that i put in the laundry. Got home, took the clothes from the washer into the dryer, and sure enough, theres my camera sittin in the bottom the washer. Hopefully they can fix it, if now, theres $350 down the drain, literally;(

Crut-

Every time my teenage daughter does this with her cell phone, we stick it into a ziplock bag full of minute rice and leave it there (on shelf exposed to the sun) for about a week or 2. The rice helps dry up all the dampness and eventually the thing works again.

I might try that for a few days Bdawg, When i looked it over, there wasn't any moisture inside of it that i could tell(non in the battery/mem card access, none in the shutter blind, and none in the upload port) there is some however behind the screen. Maybe ill give the old rice a try. My buddy went Jet skiing with his phone 5 times last year. Let it dry out worked fine. Once wrapped it in in a couple socks, then folded in a pillowcase, then rubber banded and put it in the dryer and that worked too. Ill go with the natural drying first though.

Thirsty...Cuntkiller eh? thats a new one to me. I wonder how many different ways the BN can botch my name   bring it on.
